NOMADLAND Gotham Awards 2020

Sono stati assegnati i Gotham Awards 2020, in un panorama cinematografico degli ultimi 12 mesi pesantemente modificato dalla pandemia, e che ha attinto a piene mani dai prodotti che sono arrivati direttamente sulle piattaforme di streaming, saltando l’uscita in sala.

 

I Gotham Independent Film Awards sono premi cinematografici statunitensi destinati al cinema indipendente, assegnati annualmente a partire dal 1991. Presentati dall’organizzazione non a scopo di lucro Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP), i premi erano originariamente destinati solo ai film prodotti negli Stati Uniti nord-orientali, in particolare nello stato di New York, per poi ampliarsi nel corso degli anni a tutti gli Stati Uniti.
