Sono state annunciate questa mattina in america le candidature per i 65° Emmy Awards: a presentarli, erano i due attori Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) e Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) vincitore già di tre Emmy e conduttore di questa nuova edizione.
American Horror Story: Asylum è quello che domina la classifica conquistano ben 17 candidature (compreso come miglior miniserie e miglior attrice protagonista, Jessica Lange), un gradino indietro troviamo Game of Thrones con 16 nomination.
Sul fronte della commedia, 30 Rock si è aggiudicata 13 nomination, seguita da Modern Family con 12 candidature e infine The Big Bang Theory con 8. Delle reti, chi spadroneggia è la HBO con un totale di ben 108 nomination, mentre seguono a distenza CBS e NBC con 53 candidature.
La serata degli Emmy Award andrà in onda sul canale CBS, Domenica 22 settembre, presso il Nokia Theatre di Los Angeles.
