Da sempre rappresenta una realtà interessante e ricca di titoli che ‘rischiano’ di farsi ricordare. Moltissimi infatti sono i film che presentati al Sundance Film Festival diventano poi veri e propri cult, proprio perchè il festival di Robert Redford ha unattenzione particolare per quei prodotti realizzati al di fuori del circuito delle grandi industrie ma che valorizzano la creatività e la bravura di chi li realizza.

Vero vincitore di
quest’anno è Whiplash, che porta a casa
il Gran Premio e il Gran Premio della Giuria, mentre doppio premio
va anche la documentario 20,000 Days on
Earth (miglior regia e il miglior montaggio per un
documentario).
