Past Lives di Celine Song ha portato a casa il premio come miglior film del 2023, mentre concorreva anche nella categoria per la migliore sceneggiatura. Oltre al film di Song, sono stati premiati anche Andrew Scott per la migliore interpretazione maschile, e Sandra Hüller per quella femminile.
