Nel cast del film diretto da James Gunn ci sono Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Glenn Close, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Ophelia Lovibond, Zoe Saldana, Benicio Del Toro e Vin Diesel, con Bradley Cooper e Vin Diesel che presteranno rispettivamente la voce a Rocket Raccoon e Groot.
