Le riprese di Star Trek Beyond sono attualmente in corso a Vancouver. Screen Crush ha diffuso online un nuovo esclusivo video dal set del film che ci permette di dare un primo sguardo a Sofia Boutella (Kingsman The Secret Service). Nel video è possibile vedere anche Chris Pine, Simon Pegg e Anthon Yelchin.
Star Trek Beyond, il terzo film della saga, sarà diretto da Justin Lin (Fast & Furious 6) su una sceneggiatura di Simon Pegg e Doug Jung. Il cast include Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Anton Yelchin e dai nuovi arrivati Joe Taslim, Sofia Boutella e Idris Elba (che dovrebbe interpretare il villain).
L’uscita di Star Trek Beyond è prevista per l’8 luglio 2016.
