La Cinema Audio Society (CAS) ha annunciato i nominati per l’eccellenza del sound mixing per il cinema degli ultimi 12 mesi. Nell’ambito dei film nominati, sembra quasi ovvio vedere come i due film della stagione ambientati nel mondo della musica, A star is born e Bohemian Rhapsody, siano stati nominati, mentre il musical Il Ritorno di Mary Poppins sia stati ignorato.
Sono stati nominati anche Black Panther, che ormai sembra rientrare nell’eccellenza di tutte le categorie di cinema, Il primo uomo e A quiet place.
