Si è svolta nelle scorse ore la prima proiezione pubblica di Shang-Chi e la Leggenda dei Dieci Anelli. Il film con protagonista Simu Liu arriverà in sala il prossimo 3 settembre e sarà il primo del MCU ad avere come protagonista un attore asiatico. L’augurio dello studio e anche di tutti coloro che troveranno una rappresentazione in questa storia e in questi volti, è che Shang-Chi possa rappresentare per il mondo asiatico ciò che Black Panther ha rappresentato per la comunità di colore.

Shang-Chi e la Leggenda dei Dieci Anelli – il trailer ufficiale
L’uscita nelle sale di Shang-Chi e La Leggenda dei Dieci Anelli è fissata al 3 settembre 2021. Destin Daniel Cretton, acclamato regista di Short Term 12, The Glass Castle e Il Diritto di Opporsi con Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Foxx e Brie Larson, è stato scelto per dirigere il film, che vanta la sceneggiatura di Dave Callaham (The Expendables, Godzilla, Wonder Woman 1984).
Vi ricordiamo che nei panni del protagonista ci sarà l’attore canadese Simu Liu, visto di recente nella commedia di Netflix Kim’s Convenience. Insieme a lui, nel cast, figureranno anche Tony Leung Chiu-wai nei panni del Mandarino, e Awkwafina, che dovrebbe interpretare un “leale soldato” del Mandarino, e se è vero che il villain qui sarà il padre di Shang-Chi, in tal caso ci sono ottime possibilità che si tratti di Fah Lo Suee. Chi ha letto i fumetti saprà che è la sorella dell’eroe del titolo e che il suo superpotere è l’ipnosi.
