Annunciate dal presidente dell’Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Tom Sherak le nomination per gli Oscar che saranno assegnati a Los Angeles il 27 febbraio al Kodak Theatre nell’attesissima cerimonia di consegna degli Academy Awards.

“Il discorso del re” ha fatto il pienone con 12 candidature, dieci nomination per il remake western “True Grit”, mentre “Inception” di Cristopher Nolan e “The Social Network” hanno ricevuto 8 nomination a testa.
