CDG 2017: le nomination ai migliori costumi, Kubo fa la storia

In un periodo di continue nomination per prestigiosi riconoscimenti al lavoro delle maestranze cinematografiche a Hollywood, sono stati annunciati anche i nominati per i migliori costumi dell’anno ai Costume Designers Guild – CDG 2017. Trai vari nominati, tutti meritevoli, l’ormai onnipresente Coleen Atwood e la sorpresa Deborah Cook che fa la storia: mai prima d’ora infatti, una costumista per un film d’animazione aveva ricevuto un riconoscimento così prestigioso (qui il nostro approfondimento). I CDG hanno riconosciuto i meriti della Cook per i costumi di Kubo e la Spada Magica, film in stop motion della Laika.
