Annunciate oggi le nomination per
l’edizione 2014 degli Independent Spirit Awards, i premi di cinema
che forse più di ogni altri indicano i migliori prodotti
cinematografici dell’anno, anche più degli Oscar, che sono sempre
più regolati, come sappiamo, da dinamiche di mercato e di
pubblicità.
Il film che si annuncia protagonista della manifestazione, per il maggior numero di nomination ottenute, è senza dubbio 12 Years a Slave, il film di Steve McQueen con un cast all stars. Tra le nomination che possono destare il nostro interesse, c’è anche quella a La Grande Bellezza di Paolo Sorrentino, che gareggia nella sezione Miglior Film Straniero. Il film di Sorrentino è anche il candidato italiano agli Oscar.
