Miglior Attrice Protagonista è andato a Cate Blanchett per Blue Jasmine, mentre a Matthew McConaughe, miglior attore protagonista per Dallas Buyers Club che si conferma favoritissimo insieme al suo collega Jared Leto, che vince per il non protagonista.
