La Television Academy ha annunciato ufficialmente le nomination agli Emmy Awards 2026, dando il via alla corsa verso i premi più prestigiosi della televisione americana. La cerimonia si svolgerà il 14 settembre al Peacock Theater di Los Angeles e sarà condotta da Mariska Hargitay, protagonista di Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, prima donna a presentare gli Emmy dopo quindici anni.
Le candidature raccontano un panorama televisivo sempre più competitivo, con grandi ritorni e numerose novità. A guidare la classifica è The Pitt, che conquista 25 nomination, mentre Hacks entra nella storia diventando la comedy con 24 candidature, un record assoluto per il genere. Tra le serie più presenti figurano anche Pluribus, The Diplomat, The Bear, Slow Horses, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms e Widow’s Bay, confermando un’edizione particolarmente ricca e aperta.
